WOOCOMMERCE: GETTING ON THE GO WITH PARGO

Simply sign up with us and provide some information about your business. Once you complete the sign-up process, you can explore myPargo and visit our help centre to set yourself up for success.

After your account is set up, browse the Wordpress Plugin Store for 'Pargo' and download the plugin for your site.

SET UP THE PARGO WOOCOMMERCE PLUGIN

Step 1: Navigate to "Plugins" from your Wordpress dashboard

Step 2: Search for 'Pargo'.

Step 3: Click on 'Install' under the Pargo Shipping name, and then Activate. (if already installed, skip this step).

Step 4: Navigate to Pargo from your dashboard and select Pargo and then Account.

Step 5: Enter your myPargo account credentials, add a custom token if you have one (if not, our default map is used), scroll to the bottom and click Verify Credentials then click Submit to save. Your store is now connected to your Pargo Plugin.

Let's add your Pargo Point rates

Step 1: In the Pargo plugin side panel menu, click on Pickup Point Settings.

Step 2: Enable backend shipping. (Disabling this prevents orders being sent to Pargo for shipping fulfilment. In this case, you will need to manually create these orders in myPargo, or create orders via a Pargo API enabled partner). Make sure this box is ticked to send your orders directly to your myPargo account.

Step 3: Configure your FREE shipping threshold and add the rates that you will charge your customers for Pargo Click & Collect delivery based on weights of 0-5kg, 5-10kg and 10-15kg.

Save changes.

Important: when opting to add shipping zone rates, these rates will be used instead of ‘global’ rates as set here.

Tip: Follow the same steps above to add your Home Delivery rates but remember to select ‘Home Delivery Settings’ in your Pargo side panel menu. The method may also need to be added to shipping zones the first time you turn it on.

WEIGHT BASED RATES: All rate fields require a value, they cannot be left empty. Using the suggested weight categories can help you pass costs onto customers, but you are also welcome to set all rates the same. The “no weight” rate is used if the products in your shop do not have weights set.

Free shipping

Enabling free shipping will mean that you’ll cover the cost of delivery on behalf of your customers.

When opting for this, enter the minimum customer spend amount before FREE shipping is applied at checkout.
