Confirm orders for courier collection

Confirm your orders to trigger our couriers to collect. Make sure your orders are packaged with waybills, ready to be handed over to our couriers BEFORE you confirm the order.

Follow the steps below:
  1. You are able to ‘Edit Order’ before you confirm the order - so make sure your order information is correct before confirming. 
  2. When you are ready for our couriers to collect, simply click on the 3 dots and select ‘Confirm Order’.

TIP: You can also select multiple orders and bulk confirm for our couriers to collect.
BONUS: Rather than creating a whole new order, you can also copy a pending order and simply edit the order details.
