You will have received a unique url similar to this one: www.returns.pargo.co.za/brandname

With this URL, your customers are able to log a return order which will go directly to your myPargo portal. From there, you will review the return, and confirm the order. This triggers the communications (email and sms) to your customer, notifying them they can drop off their parcel at their preferred Pargo Point!

It's that easy.

How to create awareness of your returns URL? 
Simply add the URL to your website, link it in your marketing mailers or simply send the URL directly to your customers who request a return. It's up to you!

Logging a Return via your Returns URL

Step 1: Access your Returns App URL

To begin, go to your Returns App URL - or your customer will click on the link where you have added it on your website or in your marketing mailers.



Step 2: Enter Your Preferred Location

Enter your address. 




Step 4: Choose a suitable Pargo Drop-Off Point

Select a Pargo Drop-Off Point nearest to your location. Click continue.



Step 5: Provide Return Order Details

Complete the details of the return. Fill in all the required information to ensure an accurate and efficient process.




Step 6: Confirm Your Return

Review all the details of your return carefully. Once satisfied, click CONFIRM. 



The process is complete when you see the confirmation screen with the next steps.
