What size parcel can I ship?

Pargo ships parcels up to 15kg's volumetric or weight which ever comes first.

How long does delivery take?

  1. Main and local: 1 to 3 working days from time of handover of the parcel.
  2. Regional: up to 5 working days subject to days the area is serviced from the time of handover of the parcel.

My order is stuck on pending, what should I do?

Your order will not be able to be confirmed if there is a data validation error, please review the postal code and suburb connected to your order and edit accordingly from Pargo's validated list.

Can I cancel an order once it's confirmed?

There is no manual method to cancel an order. Please email clientsupport@pargo.co.za with the waybill number and reason for cancelling.

What are Pargo Support operating hours?

  1. Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm you will have access to a Partner Manager for any order support.
  2. Sat 9am-5pm and Sun 9am - 1pm for general customer service support e.g. parcel tracking queries.
