Managing order on myPargo


MANAGING YOUR ORDERS:
  1. Before confirming the order, ensure that your orders are packaged with waybills and ready to be handed over to our couriers. You have the option to edit the order details before confirming it, so double-check the information for accuracy.
  1. When preparing for our couriers to collect the orders, click on the three dots and select "Confirm Order." You can also bulk confirm multiple orders for our couriers to collect. Additionally, you can copy a pending order and make necessary edits instead of creating a new order.







REPORTING FILTERS:
For easy reporting, go to "Overview" and select "Filters." Choose criteria such as a date range or customer name to filter the orders. Apply the filters to view the results in the overview. You can also export the order results for a usable report. Use the search bar to search for customer names or external references.

How do I cancel an order? Contact clientsupport@pargo.co.za for assistance.

Can I reroute a confirmed order? Unfortunately, rerouting a confirmed order is not possible. It is recommended to start with pending orders to avoid errors.

How do I resend an OTP code to the receiver? Contact clientsupport@pargo.co.za for assistance.
How do I add additional warehouses or new users? Contact clientsupport@pargo.co.za for assistance.
When will couriers collect the parcels? Once orders are confirmed, the couriers are triggered to collect the parcels on business days. Collection is on the same day if loaded before 12pm, or the next day for orders placed after 12pm.
