GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT PROFILE PAGE
The Profile page on myPargo contains all the information related to your account.
Account information can be viewed and edited on this page.
Account creators have the ability to edit their account. If you would like additional users to have editing rights and the ability to add warehouses, please reach out to Pargo.
The sections and functionality of the Profile page are covered below.
USER DETAILS
- The Name and Email address of the user that is currently logged in is displayed here.
BUSINESS DETAILS
- Business Name
- Business contact details
- Customer care number: This is included in the sms and email communications sent to your customers
- Customer care email : This is included in the sms and email communications sent to your customers
Map token
- Find your unique map token code to connect your plugin to the Pargo platform.
Unique Pargo Returns URL
- Find your unique Returns URL to instantly offer your customers easy returns from their preferred Pargo Point.
- Simply add this URL link to your website, email communications and marketing touch points - no set up required!
- Once you have added the URL to your website, and promoted easy drop off returns to your customers; keep an eye on your myPargo dashboard for return order requests to confirm or reject.
BUSINESS ADDRESS
- The physical address of your business reflects here, it does not necessarily need to match your warehouse address.
WAREHOUSE DETAILS
- The parcel collection addresses and parcel return addresses are displayed here.
