My Warehouse

WHAT IS A WAREHOUSE


A warehouse is the physical address our couriers will collect your parcels from.

This does not need to be an actual warehouse but can be a residential address or place of work.


ADDING AN ADDITIONAL WAREHOUSE

It is possible to add multiple warehouses to your myPargo account.
  1. Refer to the myPargo portal: www.mypargo.pargo.co.za
  2. Access your “profile” section
  3. Scroll down to the “add warehouse” button and follow the prompts


EDITING A WAREHOUSE ADDRESS
  1. To edit a warehouse address go to the address in question
  2. Click the edit button.
  3. Update the details in the applicable fields and save.

VIEWING THE WAREHOUSES LINKED TO YOUR ACCOUNT

  1. Refer to the myPargo portal
  2. Access your “profile” section
  3. Scroll down to the warehouse section
  4. You can search by using the search bar
  5. You can show warehouses by in multiple volume views eg 5, 10 or 25


COLLECTION WAREHOUSE AND RETURN WAREHOUSE

It is possible to specify a different warehouse location for parcels to be collected from and for parcels to be returned to.
The 'primary' warehouse will be used as the default address to collect from. The 'primary return' warehouse will be used as the default address where failed deliveries and return orders will be delivered to. You can use the radio button to change your default selection.
