Order Statuses on myPargo

Understanding the Order Statuses

  1. Pending: Order is awaiting confirmation by you. You are able to edit orders in PENDING status before confirming and scheduling collection with our courier.
  2. Confirmed: You have confirmed the order is ready for our courier to collect. This action immediately triggers our couriers to schedule the collection. 
  3. At Courier: The parcel has been collected by our courier and has begun its journey to its destination.
  4. At Pargo Point: The parcel has been delivered to the Pargo Point, and is ready for customer collection. Your customer has been notified by email and SMS to collect.
  5. Completed: The parcel has been collected by your customer.
  6. Rejected: You have rejected your customers Return request.
