Getting your Parcels ready for courier collection


  • Get to know your driver, they will likely be the same person you see for every collection

  • Create a manifest for the driver to sign to ensure you are covered if there are any questions around your parcels


Creating a manifest

  1. Go to your orders section
  2. Click on manage orders 
  3. Select the orders you will be handing over that are on a confirmed status
  4. Click the the triple dot icon
  5. Click on create order manifest
  6. The manifest will be generated and you will be able to download it
