Track and Trace
You and your customer have access to track and trace the parcel journey.
For your customer, they can simply click the tracking link provided to them via email and SMS, or they can visit https://pargo.co.za/track-trace/ and enter their parcel or tracking number in the search.
You can track the parcels through the tracking link or alternatively for deeper details refer to the myPargo portal.
- Search for the order by clicking on ORDERS.
- Click on the 3 dot icon on the far right.
- Click on TRACK ORDER.
Understanding the Order Statuses
- Pending: Order is awaiting confirmation by you. You are able to edit orders in PENDING status before confirming and scheduling collection with our courier.
- Confirmed: You have confirmed the order is ready for our courier to collect. This action immediately triggers our couriers to schedule the collection.
- At Courier: The parcel has been collected by our courier and has begun its journey to its destination.
- At Pargo Point: The parcel has been delivered to the Pargo Point, and is ready for customer collection. Your customer has been notified by email and SMS to collect.
- Completed: The parcel has been collected by your customer.
- Rejected: You have rejected your customers Return request.
Using Filters
Looking for specific reporting information?
For easy reporting:
- Click on 'ORDERS' or MANAGE ORDERS from your top menu bar.
- Select 'FILTERS'.
- Identify and select the various criteria you are looking for.
- Apply the filters to view the results in the Orders Overview.
Choose criteria such as a date range or customer name to filter the orders. You can also export the order results for a usable report. Use the search bar to search for customer names or external references.
